Strategic Planning for Managing Municipal Solid Wastes with Consideration of Multiple Stakeholders

Abstract: Management of municipal solid waste (MSW) involves multiple stakeholders such as government agencies, suppliers, consumers, providers of treatment/recycle services, and transporters.
