“…As an example, the two films with a conductivity of 5.0∙10 −6 S cm −1 in the as‐deposited state were annealed in a single step for 30 s and for 105 s. The difference in the conductivity between the short time annealing ( σ blue LED, 30s = 4.2∙10 −4 S cm −1 ) and the long‐time annealing ( σ blue LED, 105s = 4.8∙10 −4 S cm −1 ) is small. The conducted dwell time optimization results in a significant process time reduction from 2 min to 30 s. The rapid optothermal posttreatment of the films is an additional advantage of the PAD film fabrication compared to long‐lasting sintering processes 37 …”

“…[12][13][14] Over the past few years, the development of solid-solution photocatalysts has emerged as a promising approach, exhibiting exceptional potential for achieving enhanced visible-light responses and optimizing the positioning of conduction band/ valence band edges. [15][16][17] Notably, the utilization of Bi 2 W 1−x Mo x O 6 solid solutions has enabled continuous modulation of band gaps within the range of 2.34 to 2.75 eV by altering the Mo/W ratios. Among them, the optimal configuration of Bi 2 W 0.25 Mo 0.75 O 6 monolayer nanosheets demonstrates wellsuited conduction band edge (−0.42 eV) and valence band edge (1.98 eV) positions, leading to excellent selectivity and stability in the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene.…”

“…Delafossite CuFeO 2 is considered an upcoming and promising P-type material for several applications, such as hydrogen generation, antibacterials, and optoelectronics [ 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 ]. This is related to its good optical absorbance behavior and moderate bandgap.…”
