“…Sputtered polycrystalline CoPt films, tend to grow with a (1 1 1) texture thus having the easy axis on a cone at an angle of 54.71 to the film normal. Different degrees of (0 0 1) texture have been achieved with the use of Ag [5][6][7][8], Au [9], B 2 O 3 [10] and ZnO 2 [11] layers, under specific heat-treatment conditions and within thickness limitations, on which the texture shows very sensitive dependence. In nanostructured FePt/B 2 O 3 films texture is found to depend mainly on the cooling rate and can be achieved both in zero and 100 kOe field [12].…”
