The contents of the b-sheet and turn plus random coil were similar to those of the human b 2 m (Saper et al, 1991), the reported chicken b 2 m (Yan et al, 2006) and grass carp b 2 m (Hao et al, 2007), with identical ratios of 95.7%, 91.1%, and 97.8%, respectively. The results indicated the SLA class I molecule may have similar secondary structure to those of human, chicken, and grass carp.…”
