Abstract: Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada kinerja keuangan banyak perusahaan termasuk perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
