Students’ ability in solving physics-analysis problem through the TAI type cooperative learning model

Abstract: This study aims to determine students’ learning ability in completing the questions of Physics-analysis through the TAI type cooperative learning model. The research design used was pre-experimental design of The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 30 first-level students (15 years old). The data was the students’ problem sloving and collected through the instrument which is in the form of an essay tests that have been validated by two experts in the field of Physics. The resp… Show more

“…One of the advantages and, at the same time, the purpose of learning with cooperative models such as CIRC is to provide opportunities for students to interact and communicate with other students who come from different backgrounds, meaning that learning is studentcentered so that students become active and produce a positive impact. Student responses and learning outcomes (Utami et al, 2021;Syukri et al, 2020). Components in the CIRC learning model can make teaching and learning activities more effective and creative because students together in groups can develop and exchange understandings to study a material assigned by the teacher, and group members have shared responsibility and are directly involved in learning.…”

“…A learning strategy is needed to improve the education quality, which is expected to improve the learning process that has taken place (Putra & Taufina, 2019). The teacher's strategy must be appropriate when delivering lessons, especially when choosing the learning model (Syukri, Murniati, Soewarno, Yanti, & Halim, 2020). Cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization aimed to overcome the difficulty of solving and understanding learning material problems, and group leaders as assistants who have more knowledge can help their friends who have learning difficulties (Novalinda et al, 2020).…”
