Studies on the Antibiotic Transfer into the Bile of Canines with Different Bile Duct Pressures

Abstract: There have been many studies on the transport of antibiotics into the bile; however, these studies have not taken the bile duct pressure into consideration. The bile duct pressure of the patient with acute obstructive cholangitis is high, and after drainage of the bile, the pressure is not always decreased to the normal range.
