Abstract:In the current study, we investigated the correlation between serum s-adenosylhomocysteine as a new marker for myocardial infarction severity with homocysteine, troponin, vitamin B6 and B 12 on 90 acute myocardial infarction patients and 120 normal persons as control.The data of all patients and controls were measured by using the ELISA technique except troponin was measured by using the VIDIS technique, while the data were analyzed by SPSS software.
