“…The corresponding contact levels are also revealed in this figure. For the Si (110) surface the adhesion force increased with increasing slip velocity. This may be due to the presence of Si(OH) 4 , which is formed by increasing velocity and stress at higher levels and increases adhesion.…”

“…For instance, the water resistance and tribological behaviors of basalt fiber/acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) composites under water lubrication and oils at different temperatures were investigated in. 110 The test results revealed that the presence of basalt fibers enhanced the water resistance of the NBR composites, reducing water absorption and improving dimensional stability. Furthermore, the tribological functioning of the composites was investigated using friction and wear tests, demonstrating that the presence of basalt fibers reduced the friction coefficient and wear rate.…”

“…The dimensions of the composite block and the stainless-steel (304#) ring and the calculation of the specic wear rate (W s ) were the same as described in our previous study. 48 The normal load, sliding speed and duration applied in this study were 40 N, 300 rpm and 90 min, respectively.…”

“…Li et al presented is applied to the water-lubricated bearing application under water lubrication. The research investigated the tribological properties of the NBR-based composites and the stainless steel rubbing pairs under water lubrication at various temperatures (Li et al , 2019). Results showed that both the friction coefficient and specific wear rate of the composites increased with the temperature under water lubrication.…”
