Subclinical systolic and diastolic dysfunctions in patients with metabolic syndrome and angiographically normal coronary arteries: An echocardiographic study

Abstract: In MetS without coronary artery disease, echocardiography demonstrated subclinical systolic and diastolic dysfunction.
