This research aims to analyze the types of presuppositions in the tawur kasanga ceremony as a pragmatic study. Pragmatics studies are always related to the problem of language use behaviour in its context. Pragmatic context includes the identity of the participant, the time parameters, and the place of the speech event, which includes the linguistic context and the physical context, which includes presuppositions. To achieve this goal, a descriptive qualitative approach was used. A qualitative approach to describe the meaning of Tawur Kasanga speech is based on pragmatic studies. The research population was taken from the narratives of a series of ceremonial activities. Considering that this event is an event that only occurs once a year, this population was immediately used as a sample. Data was collected through recordings and guided interviews. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive-qualitative techniques. The research results show: there are six presuppositions in speech, namely presuppositions: (a) existential 12 (24,489%), (b) factive 13 (26,530%), (c) lexical 11 (22,448%), (d) structural 11 (22.448%), (e) nonfactive 1 (2.040%), and (f) counterfactual 1 (2.040%).

The empowerment of the Women Farmers Group has not been achieved properly as a result of the implementation of empowerment measures that have not been fully implemented by the Kahuripan Village Head and the Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP) of Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method as a "Human Instrument" which functions to determine the focus of the research, select informants as data sources, collect data, select data quality, analyze data, interpret data and draw conclusions from the findings. from the information obtained. is in the field. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups has not been achieved properly because the empowerment measures have not been fully implemented, including: Opportunity Measures. So that the Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City has not been achieved properly. From the explanation above, referring to the hierarchy of empowerment steps, community empowerment steps are very important to support the implementation of the Women Farmers Group in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City which has or has not been fully implemented optimally. , there needs to be improvements and improvements in the future in order to achieve organizational goals.

Conflict within the group frequently focuses solely on resolving the conflict without regard to the aftereffects of the conflict. As a consequence, reconciliation efforts are required, which in this case is the Batak tribe's local wisdom. This paper examines the local wisdom of mandok hata and conflict resolution in the Batak Tribe, with a focus on the experiences of New Year's celebrations. According to the findings of interviews and observations, the mandok hata tradition is a synthesis of Batak culture and religious traditions, specifically the church. The mandok hata tradition is regarded as a successful reconciliation method for repairing relationships after a conflict. Furthermore, the elderly as conciliators are thought to play an important role in the reconciliation's continuation.
