Substrate Temperature Effect on Structural and Optical Properties of ZnO Thin Films Deposited by Spray Pyrolysis

Abstract: In this work, ZnO thin films grown on heated glass substrates in a temperature range of 300 to 500 °C with a 50°C step. The prepared solution is composed of methanol and zinc acetate Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O. ZnO thin films are deposited by pyrolysis spray technique, our work focuses on the study of the substrate temperature influence on the structural and optical properties of these layers.
