Successful treatment of extramammary Paget's disease of the scrotum with imiquimod 5% cream

Abstract: Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) of the skin is an uncommon malignancy involving the epidermis, which sometimes extends into the dermis. Current treatments for EMPD are surgical excision, Mohs' micrographic surgery or laser ablation. We report a case of a 68-year-old male who presented with recurrent EMPD.
