“…In research focused on baseball management, the literature continued to argue that there was evidence to support the view that seasonal successions are more likely to increase results than annual successions (Al Suwaidi, et al, 2020). Perhaps the most important conclusion is that there is a stronger relationship among pre-and post-performance variables than with any other, but no succession effect has been found for several addictive factors, particularly attendance and operating budgets in a study using the Methodist Church ministers as research unit (Phillips, 2021).
