Super-resolution displacement mapping of unbound single molecules reveals nanoscale heterogeneities in intracellular diffusivity

Abstract: Intracellular diffusion underlies vital cellular processes. However, it remains difficult to elucidate how an average-sized protein diffuses inside the cell with good spatial resolution and sensitivity.
