Superpartner spectrum of minimal gaugino-gauge mediation

Abstract: We evaluate the sparticle mass spectrum in the minimal four-dimensional construction that interpolates between gaugino and ordinary gauge mediation at the weak scale. We find that even in the hybrid case -when the messenger scale is comparable to the mass of the additional gauge particles -both the right-handed as well as the left-handed sleptons are lighter than the bino in the low-scale mediation regime. This implies a chain of lepton production and, consequently, striking signatures that may be probed at th… Show more

“…So it seems that one is unable to get a fully universal set of relations between couplings that one may find in similar constructions that start with the magnetic description of SQCD [81,82] and may be a prediction to descriminate between the two cases. It would be nice if there was a natural way to integrate out some of the bulk degrees of freedom and arrive at a quiver-like model similar to those explored in [75,83,84] somewhat in the direction of [15].…”

“…For the case of pions the above result for a 1 → 2 amplitude was obtained from using certain current algebra techniques on a 2 → 2 amplitude and it would be desirable to derive this type of result more directly for this supersymmetric case. However for µ ∼ M this model will have similar features to that of the two site quiver model (see for instance [43]) with only one resonance. For a minimal messenger sector Eqn.…”

“…after Wick rotation. These models have been explored and generalised [10,12,[39][40][41][42][43]. Typically one finds three regimes: a) m v ≪ M where there are additional contributions to sfermions masses at three loop [10] and the model is "Gaugino Mediated".…”

“…This provides a generic phenomenological framework for implementing F -term supersymmetry breaking with Dirac gaugino masses. In deconstructed gaugino mediation [34][35][36][37][38][39][40][41][42], the visible gauge groups couple via link-fields to a hidden gauge group which in turn couples to messengers and so to the supersymmetry breaking sector. The link-fields develop a vacuum expectation value µ ℓ and higgs the visible and hidden groups to the MSSM gauge groups at a scale below the messenger scale M .…”
