Supervision Mechanism for Environmental Law Enforcement in China

Abstract: Abstract-China's environmental law enforcement is in the perfect order. A special supervision mechanism is developed accordingly. Theory and effect of environmental law enforcement supervision require urgent analysis and reflections.
