Supply Chain Management: A Case Study of an Integrated Lean and Agile Model

Abstract: Purpose – To describe the evolution of an integrated ‘lean’ and ‘agile’ supply chain process that employed Just‐in‐time (JIT) lean manufacturing approaches at an electronics company.
