Abstract:Fetal intracranial supratentorial cysts may develop in the cerebral parenchyma or in the ventricles. They can have different sizes, positions, and relationships with other intracranial structures. Three different groups of cysts may be described: Intraparenchymal, intraventricular, and extra-axial.
