Abstract: Sürdürülebilir gastronomi turizmi, yiyeceklerin çevresel duyarlılıkta üretilmesini, hazırlanmasını ve tüketilmesini destekleyerek toplumun sağlığını, sosyal ve kültürel kalitesini geliştiren bir turizm çeşididir.
