Sürdürülebi̇li̇r Li̇derli̇k Ölçeği̇: Geçerli̇k Ve Güveni̇rli̇k Anali̇zi̇

Abstract

Sürdürülebilir liderlik, sadece bugünkü izleyicilerini yönlendiren değil, geleceği de şekillendiren ve sadece örgüt-çevre ilişkisinde değil, örgütün çevreye olan etkisini de önemseyen ekonomik, kültürel, sosyal ve etik açıdan çok boyutlu bir süreç olarak ele alınabilmektedir. Bu çağdaş lider tipinin ayırt edici özelliği, doğanın sınırlarına saygı duyularak hareket etmesi ve işletme uygulamalarının gelecek nesillere olan etkileri dikkate alınarak yürütülmesi şeklinde ifade edilebilir. Bu çalışmada McCann ve Holt (2011) tarafından geliştirilen Sürdürülebilir Liderlik Ölçeği’nin Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Sürdürülebilir Liderlik Ölçeği Türkçe`ye çevrilmiş ve 5`li Likert Tipi ölçek kullanılarak anket yöntemiyle Kütahya`daki uluslararası bir işletmede çalışan 250 katılımcıya uygulanmıştır. 32 anket eksik ve boş cevaplandığından araştırma kapsamı dışında bırakılmıştır. 218 anket değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 18.0 ve AMOS 16.0 istatistik paket programlarında analize tabi tutularak açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı yüksek çıkmış ve yapı geçerliliğine de sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
