Surgery of «low» rectal cancer — prospects of modern oncoproctology

Abstract: Use of endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnostics of rectal low-ampullar malignant neoplasms has permitted to the authors to define the list of intersphincteric resection indications consisted in total mesorectumectomy and rectal and interior sphincter resection.
