Surgical treatment of chronic vertically unstable pelvic ring injuries

Abstract: BACKGROUND: The initial severity of patients with vertically unstable pelvic injuries often does not allow to perform timely reconstructive surgical intervention. Thus, the number of chronic injuries increases.
