Sustainability of Hotel, How Does Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Employees’ Behaviors?

Abstract: This study sought to explore the influence of perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) on organizational identification and organizational commitment. Based on extensive literature review, the theoretical model was proposed.
