Sustained Nurse Home Visiting in Early Childhood: Exploring Australian Nursing Competencies

Abstract: There is strong evidence that a comprehensive model of sustained nurse home visiting (SNHV) in early childhood can improve child and family outcomes for vulnerable and at-risk families.
