Sustained Water Storage in Horn of Africa Drylands Dominated by Seasonal Rainfall Extremes

Abstract: In the Horn of Africa Drylands (HADs), over 60% of the population lives with moderate or severe food insecurity, more than in any other region of the planet (FAO et al., 2019).
