Resumo A implantação do registro eletrônico nos estabelecimentos de saúde tem refletido soluções isoladas, que contribuem para a fragmentação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Essa investigação utiliza ferramenta de planejamento estratégico, a fim de acompanhar o percurso da implantação do registro em instituto nacional de média e alta complexidade, referência na área da saúde da mulher e da criança. O objetivo foi delinear possíveis contribuições para a informatização de estabelecimentos de saúde em geral. A metodologia se baseia nas práticas da etnografia nos hospitais. O desenho do estudo foi qualitativo, descritivo com análise documental. As fontes consultadas foram as atas dos encontros para implementação do prontuário eletrônico realizados entre 2012 e 2015. Uma narrativa síntese aponta a falta de infraestrutura, de recursos e a ocorrência de conflito de interesses, envolvendo vários atores no processo. O registro eletrônico legitima o desenho institucional e organiza o trabalho, além de mapear a geografia hospitalar. A associação do prontuário físico com o digital exige uma mudança de cultura institucional. O registro é um ato de cidadania e se torna um documento fundamental no controle de qualidade e na acreditação hospitalar.

Over the last years, the implementation and evolution of computer resources in hospital institutions has been improving both the financial and temporal efficiency of clinical processes, as well as the security in the transmission and maintenance of their data, also ensuring the reduction of clinical risk. Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of human illness are some of the most information-intensive of all intellectual tasks. Health providers often do not have or cannot find the information they need to respond quickly and appropriately to patient's medical problems. Failure to review and follow up on patient's test results in a timely manner, for example, represents a patient's safety and malpractice concern. Therefore, it was sought to identify problems in a medical exams results management system and possible ways to improve this system in order to reduce both clinical risks and hospital costs. In this sense, a new medical exams visualization platform (AIDA-MCDT) was developed, specifically in the Hospital Center of Porto (CHP), with several new functionalities in order to make this process faster, intuitive and efficient, always guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of patients' personal data and significantly improving the usability of the system, leading to a better health care delivery.

“…Matrik TWOS merupakan varian untuk alat analisis bisnis klasik (Davies, John, & Thomas, 2014). Sedangkan menurut (Pereira, Salazar, Abelha, & Machado, 2013) TWOS merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk mencampur/ formula dari kekuatan dengan perluang (SO), kelemahan dengan peluang (WO), kekuatan dengan ancaman (ST) dan Kelemahan dengan ancaman (WT). Berdasarkan tabel 5 diatas tetang matrik TWOS dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada beberapa pilihan strategi yang bisa dipilih untuk digunakan untuk tumbuh dan bersaing di industriasuransi di kota Pekanbaru diantara strategi yang bisa digunakan adalah (1) Mendirikan atau membuka cabang baru di daerah-daerah startegis, (2) Menambah kapasitas pelayanan untuk menjangkau pasar dengan memanfaatkan teknologiinformasi dengam membuat APP Store, web atau androit dan (3) Melakukan penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar ke seluruh kabupaten di Provinsi Riau khususnya kota Pekanbaru.…”

Background this research began by observing growth and rising insurance company in Pekanbaru city with many company insurance had been built in Pekanbaru city since 2014, therefore rivalry can’t avoid and each company also create and arrange tactic and strategy in order to be winner from this competition. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is new entry from this insurance industry in Pekanbaru city and BJPS Ketenagakerjaan owned by government Indonesia. Aim this research to arrange and determine how BPJS Ketenagakerjaan growth and compete in insurance industry Pekanbaru city. This research use descriptive method with several step to create strategy there are Five Force Porter, IFA, EFA, Matric GE, SWOT-8K, Matric TWOS and Matric QSPM. Result this research showed the strategy Position of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in quadrant IB (Growth) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan can use for growth and compete using Competitive Strategy and Growth strategy
