Synergistically Optimized Thermoelectric and Mechanical Properties in p‐Type BiSbTe by a Microdroplet Deposition Technique

Abstract: Bismuth telluride is widely used in thermoelectric cooling, but the commercial zone‐melting materials suffer the poor mechanical property and dramatically decrease thermoelectric performance at intermediate temperature.
