Synthese, Kristallstruktur und Eigenschaften von Chrom(III)‐trimetaphosphimat‐Heptahydrat, Cr(PO2NH)3·7H2O

Abstract: Chromium(III) trimetaphosphimate heptahydrate, Cr(PO 2 NH) 3 · 7H 2 O, was synthesized by combining equimolar aqueous solutions of Na 3 (PO 2 NH) 3 · 4H 2 O and Cr(NO 3 ) 3 · 9H 2 O. Suitable single crystals for X-ray crystal structure determination were obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of Na 3 (PO 2 NH) 3 · 4H 2 O with Cr(NO 3 ) 3 · 9H 2 O (molar ratio 2 : 1) using gel crystallization in gelatine gels.
