Synthesis and Characterization of Various Metal Ions Doped CeO2 Nanoparticles Derived from the Azadirachta Indica Leaf Extracts

Abstract: Abstract:The cerium oxide nanoparticles (CeO 2 NPs) and M 2+ doped CeO 2 NPs (M 2+ = Zn 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cu 2+ and Co 2+ ) were prepared through the Azadirachta indica (A. indica) leaf extracts. The x-ray diffraction studies confirmed that synthesized pure and M 2+ doped CeO 2 NPs were exhibited the cubic structure. The FESEM and TEM images of both pure and M 2+ doped CeO 2 NPs have exhibited spherical structure. From the EDAX spectral analysis, the elemental compositions were identified.
