“…The weak absorption in the wavelength between 520-780 nm is due to intra-molecular charge transfer (ICT) between the donor and acceptor moieties in polymer. The absorption maximum of the PTCAQ-BDT polymer solution was significantly red-shifted to about 100 nm compared with that of the previously reported TCAQ-based polymer [11]. The red-shift is due to better conjugation and strong ICT in PTCAQ-BDT.…”
