Synthesis, Molecular Docking, and Antitumor Evaluation of Some New Pyrazole, Pyridine, and Thiazole Derivatives Incorporating Sulfonamide Residue

Abstract: Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide. There is always a huge demand for novel anticancer. New series of pyrazole, pyridine, thiazole derivatives containing sulfonamide moiety were prepared and screened for their antitumor activity against breast cancer cell line (MCF-7).
