Synthesis of fluorescent Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Nanoparticles Sensing Small Neurotransmitters with High Selectivity Using Immobilized Templates with Regulated Surface Density

Abstract: To develop nanosensors to probe neurotransmitters, we synthesized fluorescent-functionalized molecularly imprinted polymeric nanoparticles (fMIP-NPs) using monoamine neurotransmitters (serotonin and dopamine) immobilized on glass beads as templates.
