In this paper, the novel component were synthesized in good yield via multi reactions like (Aldole reaction , azotationcoupling reaction, condensation reaction , substitution reaction ,cyclization reaction) by using types of conditions and multi components reactions to formation imidazole ,Thiazole ,oxazole ) derivatives with bis-triazole cycles ,imidazole and thiazole The formatted triazole compounds have been characterized through spectral and chemical techniques like ( 1 H NMR, IR ,some of them C.NMR ) ,studying of Chromatography studying and physical properties for all Compounds.

This review described the three-component chemical reactions, their types, how they got there, and their importance in preparing compounds that have biological and pharmaceutical significance and in other magazines of chemistry. Among them are the enamin-mannich reactions, the formazane reactions, the sulfazane, and some annular closure reactions.Three-component interaction is included in the preparation of the pharmaceutical compounds, as they need the shortest steps and the fastest results, so such interactions are used in the preparation of many drugs and the simplest examples are tramadol and some anesthetics used in surgical processes

Naphthylenediamine dihydrochloride and 4-nitroaniline were utilized to make N-(1-Naphthylethylenediamine dihydrochloride) naphthalen-1-amine, an azo ligand, in this case. It was possible to synthesize four new Cu (II) complexes by using four different compounds, including the primary ligand azo, as well as the secondarily used sodium-pyriphosphate-oxalic- and malonic-acid-based secondary ligands. Spectroscopy (UV-Vis, FTIR, mass, 1H-NMR spectra; atomic absorption; elemental analysis); magnetics; and molar conductivity were all used to thoroughly evaluate the produced substances. They found that all of the complexes were non-electrolytic and that all of the bivalent ligands were in coordination with copper (II) using infrared spectrum and molar conductivity data. Tetrahedral geometry of the complexes was discovered through the use of magnetic susceptibility measurements, mass spectrometric data, elemental analysis, H-NMR data, and ultraviolet visible spectra.
