In the current work, we prepared a simple, sensitive, and selective for Cerium oxide L-Tyrosine modified carbon paste electrode (Ce - L-TCPE) for the simultaneous investigation of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) and using phosphate buffer solution (PBS) by using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Carbon paste electrode was fabricated with Cerium oxide L-Tyrosine mixture as modifier for the detection of DA in the presence of UA in 0.2 M PBS of pH 7.0. The Cerium oxide L-Tyrosine MCPE show an increase in the peak (Ip) current as associated to that of BCPE. The Cerium oxide and L-Tyrosine mixture MCPE exhibited excellent electrocatalytic action for selective determination of DA in the presence of UA. Shallow morphology of Cerium oxide nanoparticle was studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, some electrochemical constraints alike effect of pH, effect of Scan rate, varied concentrations DA and UA were considered at Cerium oxide and L-Tyrosine MCPE. The modified Ce - L-TCPE behaves similar selective electrochemical sensor for finding of DA and UA.
