“…The surface‐functional groups of the ZCA samples were assessed via FTIR spectroscopy in a range of 500–4000 cm −1 , as depicted in Figure 1a. As clear, there are a lot of characteristic peaks observed in all samples at 3490, 2365, and 1640 cm −1 , which are ascribed respectively to the existence of the stretching vibration of the hydroxyl (–OH) groups, the CO 2 absorption from the atmosphere, and the peak absorption of –OH bending 15,16 .
