Synthetic mRNAs; Their Analogue Caps and Contribution to Disease

Abstract: The structure of synthetic mRNAs as used in vaccination against cancer and infectious diseases contain specifically designed caps followed by sequences of the 5’ untranslated repeats of β-globin gene.
