Synthetische Anthracyclinone, XIV. Synthese neuer Derivate des Daunomycinons und des β‐Rhodomycinons

Abstract: Eingegangen am 27. Dezember 1979 2-Methoxydaunomycinon (8) und 3-Methoxyisodaunomycinon (9) werden durch Dienreaktion der tricyclischen Verbindung 2 mit 1,3-Dimethoxy-l,3-cyclohexadien gefolgt von Oxidation und Retrodienreaktion erhalten. 4-Desmethoxy-2,3-dimethyldaunomycinon (10) wird in einer ahnlichen Keaktion von 2 rnit 2,3-Dimethyl-l,3-butadien und Oxidation gebildet.
