Effective system development to support higher education institutions is important. There are two steps in developing a good system and they are system architecture analysis and design. The first task of this research is to design the use case diagrams, system overview and the system architecture. The second is to evaluate the system architecture of a proposed Student Relationship Management (SRM) system using Internet of Things (IoT) to collect digital footprint of higher education institutions. The outcome of this research include the system architecture of the proposed student relationship management system (SRMS)-IoT consists of six main parts: 1) service stations, 2) system identification, 3) system integration API, 4) SRM internal system, 5) report analytic and 6) web server and database server. Evaluation of the results shows an overall appropriateness at a very high level: the overall appropriateness of usability result was also at a very high level, which shows that this research is appropriate to be used as a guideline for further system development to support student services, and to promote learning and analysis of student behaviours in higher education institutions.

Abstract-A web-based learning system using project-based learning and Imagineering relies on the online operation, which can be operated on all kinds of computers and mobile devices. The objectives of the development of this web-based learning system are to encourage the freedom of self-learning, to promote interaction and cooperation based on the concepts and theories of project-based learning and Imagineering learning, and to create instructional activities based on the new concepts corresponding to characteristic development of learners in the 21st century, which enables the learners to have creativity and ability to generate new innovation. Regarding the architecture design, the researcher employed the concepts of mixed learning process, which is the combination of project-based learning and Imagineering learning, in order to support the instructional process within the system. Also, the researcher relied on the flexible instructional activities and instructional management system so that the learners could acquire the efficient learning from the system. Moreover, there was a variety of communication devices to support and promote the collaboration and activities within the system. Students' Usage of Mobile Learning on Information Technology and Communication Subject for Grade 9 Students

This research focuses on the usage of mobile learning among Grade 9 students and adopts the structure of a closed-ended and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. There are thirty respondents from Mahaphabkajadthong Autpatam School. The questionnaires are randomly assigned to students. The results indicate: 1) most of the Grade 9 students are satisfied with mobile learning in terms of appropriate content (Mean = 4.70, S.D. = 0.65) 2) the students have benefited from the use of mobile learning in terms of the sound aspect, especially the appropriateness of the song used in the lesson (Mean = 4.03, S.D. =0.89), and 3) the students are satisfied that the lesson could be reviewed at any time (Mean = 4.33, S.D. =0.66), so teachers and schools should put more energy and effort into developing the mobile learning content.
