Internet drove the world in the path of advancement. In the present situation, the regular lives of individuals are intermingled with the uses of the internet. Therefore, the lack of accessibility can put the individual in the backward stage of life. Therefore, the accessibility of the internet can be considered a significant human right in the fourth generation. however, the use of the internet has even some negative sides. Since the use of the internet is easy and rapid, it has become an easy podium to intrude into the private lives of others. maintaining privacy is also a human right. therefore, in a time where both the accessibility of the internet and the maintenance of privacy are important, the question lies in the relationship.Therefore, the aim of the paper is eventually is to discuss the fourth-generation human rights and the violation of the concept of privacy.

In recent years the universities have been focusing much attention on quality assurance. This paper features a look at higher education's quality, an initial analysis of academic expectations in higher education system and challenges, on some of the key trends based on updated data and recommendations for the universities. This paper will explore about the key drivers for the Macedonian universities that should be pursuing in relation to the Quality Assurance in the Higher Education, Digitally Enhanced Learning and Teaching, Research-based Knowledge and Open Science, Smart Environments and Education, Tools, Methods and Methodologies in Quality Assurance, Innovation-reasoning, Sustainability, and Process Improvement. The North Macedonia must look ahead and offer an excellent knowledge-based and valuebased universities while promoting improved values, sustainability performance and well-being of the global community through promote the free circulation of knowledge and gaining a competitive advantage. It will depend on the three factors: creating of quality assurance framework at the universities (consists of a contemporary model of student-centered learning, open and inclusive university, structural and effective cooperation between higher education institutions, public and private sector, and citizens, and founded on the principle of social responsibility), hope-based university leadership and wellstructured program funding.

Along with the continuous development of technology and its effects and contributions to our daily and social life, due to the use of technology, it brings with it the questioning of the legal status of acts and actions that may occur.Improvements in artificial intelligence technology have turned out to notable position. Beyon its effect on every field of technology, in many different ways is seen that it will have effects on society.From the legal point of view, there are different theories on whether artificial intelligence can be recognized as a personality or not. In case of attribution of personality, it will be important the matters within the scope of personality right to be granted to artificial intelligences. In the report presented by the European Parliament, "electronic personality" status proposal for artificial intelligence entities is worth for the research. The essence of the proposal is the idea of giving a new type of electronic personality, apart from the real and the legal person. In this context, the report is the first official document to propose personality status for an AI entity. In fact, the electronic personality proposal is a suitable proposal for the sui generis situations of the artificial intelligence entities.In this study, the legal personality models that are predicted about the artificial intelligence and the practices realized by the Artificial Intelligence Contrary to Human Rights and Ethical Rules constitute the cornerstone of the study.
