“…Species identification methods based on peptides have been established by researchers and applied in traditional Chinese medicine, such as deerskin [20], oil [21], and Dilaudid [22]. Considering the results of peptide identifications in the cinobufacini tablet and capsule, we determined four peptides as target peptides, including AVFPSIVGRPR (Pep1), PEPAKSAPAPK (Pep2), GIADALGKAYH (Pep3), and GVTIAQGGVLPNIQ (Pep4), which with high reproducibility and responsiveness [13,14].
