This study presents an assessment tool in which it aims to investigate the positive features and limitations of Google forms as an EFL assessment tool. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative study in which the instruments employed are class activity log and observation checklist. Moreover, the participants are 240 non-English major students. The results of the study showed that there are 5 positive features and 2 limitations of Google Forms as an EFL assessment tools. Â It can be concluded that the positive features of Google forms as an EFL assessment tool are in terms of efficiency in time and energy, conformity to the studentsâ€™ characteristics, less cost, detail result, and helpful features. In other words, the significant implication is that the use of Google Forms as an assessment tool can alleviate the lecturerâ€™s workload. Furthermore, the limitations deal with scoring and tools issues.

ICT use in education is a key instrument to enhance educational quality and change the educational paradigm. For example, Korea has been using computers and Internet into primary and secondary schools since the 1980s. There have been many educational policies for ICT use in education. Not only developed countries but also developing countries make a lot of effort to enhance the quality of education by using ICT in education. First of all, ICT competence of teachers is very important in order that ICT can be an effective tool in education. The level of teachers' ICT competence decides the level of using ICT in education. However, it is not easy for many teachers to take training for enhancing the level of ICT competence in a short time. This study suggests an elearning system for strengthening the ICT competence of teachers by using an example of an educational environment in Nicaragua. Since this e-learning system can be operated by using cloud computing technology, it will provide implications for education projects with ICT use in primary and secondary schools in developing countries.

Abstract-Agile methods have become popular in recent years because the success rate of project development using Agile methods is better than structured design methods. Nevertheless, less than 50 percent of projects implemented using Agile methods are considered successful, and selecting the wrong Agile method is one of the reasons for project failure. Selecting the most appropriate Agile method is a challenging task because there are so many to choose from. In addition, potential adopters believe that migrating to an Agile method involves taking a drastic risk. Therefore, to assist project managers and other decision makers, this study aims to identify the key factors that should be considered when selecting an appropriate Agile method. A systematic literature review was performed to elicit these factors in an unbiased manner, and then content analysis was used to analyze the resultant data. It was found that the nature of the project, development team skills, project constraints, customer involvement and organizational culture are the key factors that should guide decision makers in the selection of an appropriate Agile method based on the value these factors have for different organizations and/or different projects.
