Targeted Radioiodine Therapy of Neuroblastoma Tumors following Systemic Nonviral Delivery of the Sodium Iodide Symporter Gene

Abstract: Purpose: We recently reported the significant therapeutic efficacy of radioiodine therapy in various tumor mouse models following transcriptionally targeted sodium iodide symporter (NIS) gene transfer.
