Abstract: BackgroundThe mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) are a group of inherited, progressive, multi‐system lysosomal storage disorders. Musculoskeletal manifestations include nerve entrapment syndromes, most commonly carpal tunnel syndrome. Tarsal tunnel syndrome (TTS) has also been reported.
