The purpose of this study was to know: (1) the implementation process of the Sufism values in al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School of Temboro Magetan as an effort to face the impact of globalization; (2) supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation process; and (3) the solution provided by the Islamic boarding school when there is an obstacle in the process. This study used a qualitative approach with the case study type. The key instrument is the researcher himself, with data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, and interviews. The data was analyzed by reducing irrelevant data, describing data, and drawing conclusions. Results of the study showed that: (1) Implementation of the values of Sufism in al-Fatah Islamic boarding school of Temboro done by (a) takhalli (emptying ourselves of dependency attitude towards earthly life); (b) tahalli (filling or adorn themselves with inner and outer obedience); and (c) tajalli (unfolding curtain divider between a servant to his god). (2) factors that contribute to the implementation of values Sufism in the Islamic boarding school include: the tariqah Naqsbandiyah Khalidiyah that muktabarah, the Islamic boarding school as a center of Jama’ah Tabligh, the active role of the security department officials, the program of TABANSA (Saving Students), simplicity in life that demonstrated by the caregiver. Whereas the inhibiting factors include: the psychology students were immature, communities and families of students are less favorable. (3) Solutions provided the Islamic boarding schools in overcoming the inhibiting factors are the need for habituation to the students, the patience of the chaplain in assisting the students, and the schools impose limits for students who will be out of the boarding school environment.

The environmental phenomenon that occurs is the result of the lack of spiritual values in humans, giving rise to a crisis in the environment. Humans are only concerned with their ego and also concerned with their ego in order to achieve what they want. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to try to restore awareness of the environment by means of Sufism so that it can restore the value of spirituality in humans. So the author uses a research method in the form of library research or library research, by collecting various related sources. Whether it's from books, journals and other articles related to the theme that the author adopts. The author collects data obtained from various related sources so that they make it into an article. The results of this paper indicate that the environmental crisis that occurs is caused by the actions of modern humans today who greatly glorify science and technology. So that modern humans are only fixated on their rational attitudes without thinking about the effects that will occur in the future. Therefore, a noise arises in himself so that humans feel the emptiness within themselves. Therefore, to restore awareness of the environment and also spirituality in humans, you can use Sufism. This article describes the visible conditions of modern human development that display a different phenomenon. Previously, they were famous for their all-materialistic lifestyle, but now they seem to be heading towards spiritual things. On the one hand, this shows a good change. Suppose you pay close attention to this phenomenon, in that case, that there is a tug of war between escapism and illuminates, whether the shift of modern human attention to the spiritual is only limited to escapism to avoid the hustle and bustle they experience or illuminates who make themselves aware of the importance of a balance between physical and spiritual needs. This research uses the library research method using deductive-inductive logic reflectively. Discussing this matter, Sufism as the direction that modern humans go in meeting spiritual needs can help humans focus on human problems with God and issues related to humans and their social realm. Sufism can be relevant to modern life. Thus the balance between the outer and inner aspects can be realized and the shift of humans to the Sufism aspect is an escape (escapism) that leads to enlightenment (Illuminati).
