Tax optimization in an agent-based model of real-time spectrum secondary market

Abstract: The wireless communication industry is an essential sector boosting economic progress worldwide. The structure of the legacy wireless communication market, characterised by static licensing schemes, is moving towards real-time secondary spectrum markets. While the technological body of spectrum trading has been discussed in detail, from an economic perspectives there are still a lot of gaps in understanding how these transactions affect the economy of future communication standards. A challenging aspect of the… Show more

“…This reflect the real behavior of the consumers, as in most cases they balance between offered quality and price. The behavior of such defined agents was thoroughly investigated in [24]. Finally, the learning parameter η which controls the linear reward-inaction pricing algorithm is set in such a way that the systems gradually converges to the global equilibrium point as suggested in [29].…”

“…So that's why these old electronic versions of documents have to be transformed into new modern forms. [3,4] The aim of the paper is to evaluate the effects of digitization of accounting operations focused on the purchasing process. To evaluate the effects of digitization, the paper uses a case study of a particular business and statistical data from 2018.…”
