“…The present research reveals an extensive range of frameworks and models as a theoretical basis and several variables are proposed as facilitators/inhibitors of technology (i.e. CRM) adoption and use among SMEs, the criteria used to extract the technological and organizational factors were adopted from Mukred et al (2018). Therefore, based on Table 3 and Table4 the following procedures were used to derive the list of broad variables into the 20 factors table 5. i.…”

“…According to Mosweu et al (2016), the experience and integrity of the experts play a key role in choosing the essential factors that affect technology adoption. Additionally, these experts' evaluation method has shown encouraging results in previous examinations when applied to identifying factors for the adoption of information systems by different organizations in both developed and developing economies (Boonstra et al, 2014;Gagnon et al, 2012;Gruenhagen & Parker, 2020;Hawash et al, 2020;Mosweu et al, 2016;Mukred et al, 2019;Schneider & Sunyaev, 2016). Therefore, once the preceding was done and the factors that could influence BI adoption were identified, they were sent via e-mail to 15 experts from IT, SMEs and Healthcare fields to assess and endorse the factors and/or suggest the addition or removal of any relevant or irrelevant factors, respectively.…”

“…Studies devoted to ERMS, specifically among HPEs, are still lacking, with most of the studies concentrating on healthcare. The records in healthcare are managed using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and although such records are healthcare-specific, the concepts and methods as well as their management are suitable for other field records [3], [15].…”

“…It was evidenced that such management are weak in several areas, which include policy, digital records capacity, records management department, senior management support, and education and training on records management, storage, retrieval and disposition of records in light of the systems and procedures that are related to the software [51]. Although the implementation of ERMS is extensive in developed countries, there are still some factors that prevent implementation success that mimics some of those in the developing nations [3], [12], [20].…”
