“…We synonymize Fibuloides nigrovenana with corinthia based on the the study of the adult and the male genitalia. Though we were unable to locate the type of Fibuloides corintha in BMNH, the two species appear to be conspecific based on a comparison of the photo in Clarke (1958) and the illustration in Rose and Pooni (2005)of Acroclita corinthia with the photo of Acroclita nigrovenana from Japan in Nasu (1993) as well as with the adult and male genitalia of the Chinese specimen.…”
