The study investigates the differing perspectives of teachers and parents on the barriers to career transition for students with ADHD. A survey design was adopted for this research. A total of 28 secondary school teachers and 28 parents were selected using purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The findings revealed that teachers perceive greater barriers to career transition for students with ADHD compared to parents. Both groups exhibit strong perceptions of barriers, with teachers showing a higher mean score compared to parents. This difference is statistically significant. However, when considering gender and location, no significant differences are observed in the perspectives of either group. The study underscores the need for career transition programs to address specific concerns of both teachers and parents to better support students with ADHD.
