Teaching Competencies and Job Satisfaction among Basic Education Teachers

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the teaching competencies and job satisfaction among basic education teachers.To achieve the objectives of the study, two study tools, teaching competencies questionnaire and job satisfaction scale, were applied.
